I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were mostly clean, and I enjoyed my balcony, but I did spot a few roaches, which was a bit off-putting. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the late checkout time. However, my check-in was delayed, which wasn't ideal.
